CORNELIA ÖHLUND

Hi, I am Cornelia Öhlund.

I'm an Alpine ski Racer living in the Swedish ski resort of Åre.

I have always as long as I remember loved skiing and doing my outmost to one day become a professional skier and stand at the top of the podium as one of the best skiers in the World.

I moved with my family to Åre when I was 10 years old and have been training and competing for Åre Alpine Ski Club since then.

Besides skiing, that takes most of my time, I am also a student at the Swedish National Ski Academy at Järpen/Åre.

I have been a part of the Swedish National Ski Team since spring 2022 and this season I have done my World Cup debut, finishing 22nd in my second World Cup in Levi, Finland.

I also did my 7th World Cup on home ground in Åre where I finished at 10th place with the fastest time of all in the second run.

This season I also have won three European Cup races in SL and finished third in the European Cup total in slalom earning my own World Cup spot next season in SL.

My future goal is to be an established skier in the top of FIS Ski World Cup and fight about podiums in World Championships and the Olympics.
